Job responsibilities include:

· Handle all service requirements of assigned accounts to include certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, change requests, etc.

· Inform and educate clients about policy coverage

· Renewal of existing business including review of applications, preparation of proposals and submission to eligible insurance carriers

· Rounding out of accounts

· Attend networking events

· Keep informed of industry updates, new product information, legislation, coverages and technology for continuous improvement

· Strong computer skills

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Problem Solving/Analysis with attention to detail

· Organized with the ability to work in a high volume environment
