Marketing Rep - Group Health
Our client is a 50 year old employee benefits carrier that has recently entered the state of Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of success in this space to build a territory calling on group health insurance agents and brokers throughout the state. You will be promoting a very competitive portfolio of Group Medical Plans for small employer groups (2-100 lives). These will be new, never seen before products in the market. The products are attractive to agents and brokers due to higher commissions and competitive rates. These products have been very successful in other markets.
This opportunity offers great flexibility to work from home, set your schedule, limited travel, and the autonomy to run your own territory. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, new and renewal bonuses, expense account, full benefits and guaranteed bonus. Marketing Reps in other territories average between $120,000-$200,000 annually in base and bonuses.
Qualified candidates will have experience marketing group health plans or similar products.Existing relationships with agents and brokers is strongly desired. Other candidates with strong track records of sales success will be considered as well.
Candidates can live anywhere in Illinois.
