Remote - Agency Marketing Representative- Come join a fast-growing Silicon Valley startup offering an innovative hurricane insurance product to homeowners & renters.
- Excellent at explaining the companies products and vision inspiring all producers in an Agencies to offer product
- Visits existing personal and commercial lines Independent Agencies to gain trial (quote behavior) and revenue (apps/policies)
- Appoints new agencies to represent the company brand in a professional and productive manner
- Provides Weekly Summary of each individual Sales Call to Leadership, Provides Honest Feedback, Shares opportunities
- Builds resource of information on current and prospective Agencies, including Individuals (producers) within Agencies
- Offers marketing campaigns provided by the company and helps agencies deploy them in their agency management system / email campaigns, newsletters, etc.

INCENTIVES & COMPENSATION
- Base annual salary of $36,000 plus a monthly bonus program

REQUIREMENTS
- Florida insurance agent (2-20) license preferred, not required
- Knowledge of homeowners insurance (agency or insurance carrier perspective) is required
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish
- Must be based in Miami or neighboring area in S. Florida
