Dopazo & Associates, independent insurance agency serving the South Florida community for over 20 years is growing and looking for a customer service professional to join the team. New to insurance? That’s okay because we are the experts and willing to train the right person to grow in this amazing and rewarding industry.
What will you do?
- Answer high volume calls
- Assist the sales producer team on account renewals and cross selling opportunities
- Develop a knowledge of insurance coverages and exposures throughout available markets (Don’t worry we are open to licensing the right person)
- Prepare and review client proposals, applications / binders, correspondence and certificates of insurance
What skills / qualifications do I need?
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Excellent computer skills
- Great communication, written and people skills
- Previous experience in customer service
