Producer - Sales Agent

Western Gold has a unique producer sales agent opportunity not offered by any other insurance agency. We generally "home grow" most of our sales agents and promote from our organization. Occasionally, we look outside our agency to recruit top insurance sales agents because of our explosive growth. 

We particularly favor licensed insurance agents who are frustrated with their limited opportunity for growth and compensation. Western Gold is high energy and high volume. Our organization's sales agents typically produce 100+ new applications per month averaging $65,000 of new written premium per month.  This production is generated by our marketing program and referrals.

Our sales agents thrive & produce with a constant stream of new eager insurance buyers responding to our continual $50,000 plus per month marketing campaign.  Western Gold spends over half million dollars per year providing our sales agents with ready insurance buyers (not prospects).  There is no "cold calling", working evenings or weekends.  Just the ideal working environment, high speed internet with duel monitors, wireless headsets, and stand-up desks. Western Gold owns its own office building which provides a unique quality, secure working environment with high quality break and lounge areas.  Base compensation will be $20-$50 per hour based on hourly pay, commission, & sales bonuses. Benefits: Health insurance paid, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays & sick pay.  No nights or weekends required.
