National Vice President - Life & Annuity Insurance Producer Recruiting

This leading Independent Marketing Organization seeks a highly motivated, customer driven and focused employee to join operation team.

The role of the Life & Annuity Insurance Producer Recruiting National Vice President is to grow life and annuity insurance sales through financial professionals. The NVP must effectively deliver the value proposition by building trusted relationships with financial professionals through a consultative approach to insurance planning, practice management, case design, product and sales expertise.

Essential Job Functions

• Recruit new financial professionals.
• Proactively deliver the client’s sales platform to financial professionals to maximize sales.

Minneapolis office location yet to be determined. This is an expansion.

Experience and qualifications we seek:

• At least 4 years of Annuity and Life Insurance knowledge.
• Demonstrated insurance sales and recruiting acumen.
• Previous experience recruiting and working with independent insurance producers.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication skills.
• Strong relationship building skills demonstrated through success in a similar role.
