We are looking for a Business Development Manager to enable growth, and serve as a strategic leader for the organization.  Preferred - Experienced in selling services to Insurance Companies, Self-Insured’s, Third Party Administers and Law Firms. The role of this leader is to expand our client base in Florida with future plans to expand into other states. The candidate is responsible for prospecting and expanding our current client base through cultivating relationships and ensuring high levels of customer service and quality investigations.  The candidate will also be responsible for monthly newsletters, email marketing, website optimization and trade shows. 


  • Conduct high volume prospecting
  • Use creativity, initiative and interpersonal skills to establish rapport over the phone
  • Develop and cultivate relationships to build client base
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing sales and high levels of customer service 
  • Attend conferences
  • Limited travel
  • Report directly to the President


  • Preferred - Experienced in selling services to Insurance Companies, Self-Insured’s, Third Party Administers and Law Firms
  • Experience in new business acquisition, demonstrating a “hunter” sales mentality
  • Proven track record in developing and cultivating relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & sales aptitude
  • Organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good writing, speaking and listening skills
  • Strong work ethic and goal oriented
  • Proactive and ability to work independently
