Our client, a Top 10 Broker, is seeking an individual to lead their Pharmacy Benefits Practice nationwide for their middle market clients. This position will offer technical resources and talent to help guide those clients in the design and management of their pharmacy benefits to help save the clients’ and employees’ costs through data analytics and strategic design. Responsibilities include marketing, business development (presentations at high levels), analytics, contract management and staff development and management. Ideal education would include a Pharmacy degree and an MBA but years of experience in Pharmacy Benefits might preclude the Pharm D. Looking for 10+ years in consulting, PBM, or insurance carrier and significant experience implementing strategic plans for middle market clients. Extensive travel is required as well.
