Questpro is excited to be working with one of the areas fastest growing Insurance Agencies (Independent Marketing Organization) to help them find their new National Recruiting Manager.

Our client is a dynamic and growing Independent Insurance Agency (IMO) with a focus on Individual products including Life, Annuity, Long Term Care, Critical Illness, Disability, Medicare and Supplemental Health.

This is a high profile position that will be based in the far North Dallas/Plano headquarters and will be reporting to the Executive Vice President. In this role you will be responsible for coaching and training the existing team of recruiters (6) while helping to grow the team to as many as (20) by the end of 2019.

We are looking for someone who can come in and truly be considered the best recruiter of (independent agents and brokers) in the business and help show the team how to do the same. The team consists of mostly on site (in house) people but there are a couple remote recruiters in different part of the country, so someone who has managed both on site and remote teams would be a plus.
