Established Insurance Broker is seeking a sales oriented Employee Benefits Producer to sell benefits insurance through cold calling, networking and generating a referral base. Will be responsible for selling to B2B and aggressively developing and managing a pipeline through referrals and seeking out new prospects. Must have insurance sales experience with 2+ years of experience. Ideal candidate will have a stable job history and a track record of successfully growing a book of business. Bachelor’s degree preferred and life & health license required. Base salary plus commission to get started.
