Position Responsibilities:

Working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the CSR / Account Manager handles the insurance servicing needs of a variety of clients. This position will require direct interaction with a supervising broker and other service team members.  Day to day job duties:

• CSR / Account Manager is responsible for Heavy client and insurance carrier correspondence
• CSR / Account Manager responsible for Marketing and processing duties for new and renewal business
• CSR / Account Manager handles Proposal preparation
• CSR / Account Manager handles Invoicing and financing
• CSR / Account Manager is responsible for Policy checking and processing endorsements
• Procuring Motor Vehicle Records
• Verification of accuracy on insurance carrier audits
• CSR / Account Manager handles Certificates of Insurance
• Supporting the team by assisting with all types of administrative tasks

Qualifications: 

• College Degree preferred
