Personal Lines CSR
TWFG retail branch office located in Magnolia, TX is seeking a Personal Lines customer service representative (CSR) to join their growing team.
This position will be primarily responsible for servicing and cross selling current client base which will include: quoting, servicing, preparation, maintaining and filing paperless database, cross-selling and other various projects. This is an inside sales and servicing position for an independent agency. The right candidate can qualify to work from home after a minimum of 90 days in the office.
Position Requirements:
- Customer Service Representative must have a TX General Lines PC License (Candidates without a license will not be considered)
- Customer Service Representative must have 2 years of experience in an independent insurance office
- Customer Service Representative must have experience with commercial insurance in addition to personal lines experience preferred
- Customer Service Representative must have strong work ethic, multi-tasking, talented telephone presence and character to win relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, EXCEL is required
- Acrobat and Electronic Signature software experience is required
