Summary/Objective

Assists sales agents with daily policy activities such as making calls to insurance companies to gather information or request changes to policies, check for payments and answer incoming calls from the insured and lenders as well. Keeps insured records up to date and does any follow up needed to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Essential Functions

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Process endorsements
  • Import and distribute leads
  • Sort/distribute incoming mail
  • Complete renewal spreadsheets
  • Make sure all records are up to date
  • Process payments
  • Handle customer concerns/complaints/issues
  • Interpret and explain coverage to clients
  • Physical attendance is required at worksite

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full-time position, expected to work M-F 8a-5p in office.

Travel

Minimal, if any

Required Education and Experience

Prior Independent Agency experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree.
