Position Responsibilities:
- Account Manager responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Account Manager will Quote and issue new policies
- Account Manager will Process and answer billing questions
- Account Manager will Confirm coverage and issue certificates of insurance
- Account Manager will Process policy changes and input new auto, home and business applications
- Account Manager will Provide friendly, positive customer service to new and existing clients
Requirements:
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Prefer Life & Health License as well
- Minimum 1 Year Account Management experience
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
- Must have outgoing personality and be personable on the phone and in office
- Must be able to commute to office in Peoria, AZ; M-F
