Position Responsibilities:

  • Account Manager responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Account Manager will Quote and issue new policies
  • Account Manager will Process and answer billing questions
  • Account Manager will Confirm coverage and issue certificates of insurance
  • Account Manager will Process policy changes and input new auto, home and business applications
  • Account Manager will Provide friendly, positive customer service to new and existing clients

Requirements:

  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Prefer Life & Health License as well
  • Minimum 1 Year Account Management experience
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Must have outgoing personality and be personable on the phone and in office
  • Must be able to commute to office in Peoria, AZ; M-F
