Donegal Insurance Group has an opening for a Territory Sales Manager to join our Marietta, Pennsylvania office. This position will be based out of Northwestern Pennsylvania. Applicants living in the following counties are preferred: Allegheny, Beaver, or Butler.

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a designated area to increase quote activity, written premium and improve retention while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability through the independent agency system. The territory includes several counties in Northwestern PA: Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Mercer, Clarion, Venango, Crawford, Erie, Warren, Forest, Elk, and Clearfield.

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of property and casualty insurance marketing experience
• Knowledge of the independent agency system
• Commercial and personal lines insurance experience and knowledge
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business administration or related field
• Continuing education and insurance designations highly preferred.
