Inviting applications for the role of Data Analyst (Pricing Team)
Job Summary
The function of the position of a Fulfillment Representative on the Specialty Claims team is one of Customer Service and Sales combined. Working with Adjusters and Insured's creating relationships to assist in the handling of insurance contents claims.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain account relationships with client list
- Transcribe contents inventories into proprietary evaluating platform
- Confer with policyholders by telephone to review inventory, extract pertinent details and review direct replacement options
- Perform Like, Kind, Quality evaluations on contents inventory
- Compile evaluated information into proprietary evaluating platform
- Compile, submit and receive proper authorizations for replacement services
- Prepare orders for fulfillment
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of status updates or claims process as well as any planned adjustments
- Determine charges for services requested monitor collection of deposits or payments, or arrange for billing
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills
Qualifications

- Experience with MS Office, entering data into Excel Spreadsheets, , Skype , the Internet and the ability to learn and utilize new software programs
- The ability to communicate with supervisor regarding any issues or questions which may hamper the successful completion of assigned work in a timely manner.
- The ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, to process information, and as a form of communication with customers and others in the company.
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
