Client Service Representative - Commercial Lines

This position is responsible for fulfilling the Companys service objectives by providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to agents, policyholders, and business partners concerning policy changes, customer inquiries, and requests for information. Utilizing the Companys automated systems, the Client Service Representative will respond to inquiries concerning policy information, coverage, premium billings, and payment status. This position is also responsible for providing agency support and assisting agency personnel to identify and pursue the selling of additional lines of coverage and cross selling opportunities. This position represents the Companys front-line of customer service and customer perceptions and is critical in demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

To be considered, you must have a professional and outgoing personality along with excellent personal computer skills. We also require previous customer service experience along with solid communications ability, both verbally and in writing. This position requires responsiveness and a sense of urgency to respond promptly and to meet critical deadlines. Also required is a person with sound organizational skills and attention to detail to perform with a high degree of accuracy.

Education & Experience:

Qualifications include the equivalent of a high school diploma with one plus year of insurance or insurance agency work experience in an underwriting support or customer service assignment. This position is required to hold a valid P&C License. Coursework in office skills and insurance terminology is highly desirable. Bi-Lingual Spanish is also desirable.
