Private Client Risk Advisor - Sarasota, FL

Dynamic, growing independent agency is looking to hire a Private Risk Services Client Advisor (producer) to work from home in Sarasota, FL.  My client is looking to expand their Florida presence in the Sarasota market.  Potential to build a branch office in Sarasota over time around a successful venture into the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a network of lead sources who will refer targeted prospective clients for personal risk management consultation. This an outside sales and service position requiring a consultative sales approach. You will have direct interaction with high net worth clients and trusted advisors who cater to the needs of high net worth individuals and families. I am looking to refer established personal lines producers preferably with 5+ years of experience working with high net worth clients. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a track record of success, along with substantiation of centers of influence and established relationships with referral sources. Must have a FL 2-20 license or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable period of time. My client has an exceptional business model, service team, markets, and resources to enable the right candidates to excel.  During the expansion phase, support will be provided via one of their other offices.
