Large wholesale broker is looking for someone to head the sales and service team. Duties will include some production on your own. Hire train fire, Set sales goals. Manage contracts with companies and nurture the relationships with them. Develop relationships with Retail agents. Build relationships with in house underwriters. Make sure quotes are handled in a timely manner and agents are being taken care of. Must also solicit new business. Must have a proven track record of both leadership and production. 5 years on the Wholesale E&S side of the business. No company folks sorry. They are more binding then brokerage.
