Sales Agent - Licensed Health

Job Summary

• Inbound Health Insurance Sales
• Work from home after 1 week paid training in the Austin office.  Also required to attend ongoing product and sales training 1 or 2 days/month
• Rapidly growing team with continual room for growth
• Full Time (40hrs/wk, not seasonal) with Benefits (Health insurance, Paid time off, 401k)
• $40-70k/yr (base + commission)

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Texas license to sell life and health insurance
• Excellent verbal communication
• A track record of sales success over the phone
• A highly motivated self-starter with a competitive, driven personality
• Good with technology and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly
• High-speed, hard-wired internet
• Home workspace no background noise
