Our client is seeking a qualified Business Development Manager to call on agents in the territory of IL, IN, and MO. The candidate that we are seeking should have strong agency relationships, in one or more of these states. We will entertain candidates that are currently in a production UW role, that would like to make a change, and simply do the marketing, and no underwriting. You will have responsibilities to include agency planning and goal setting for the territory. You will work directly with agents to develop annual business plans that maximize profitable growth for this client.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Business, Risk Management, Marketing or related field
5 years of Underwriting or marketing experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office,Excel and Power Point
