The Territory Manager will be responsible for providing a sales leadership role for all sales and producer management processes. The Territory Manager will work in the field creating and focusing on agency management. This position will be calling on agencies covering the territory of Long Island to the 5 boroughs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' of insurance, marketing to agents and/or sales experience

Experience working with agents in this defined territory

Bachelor's Degree

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Strong organization, planning, and execution skills, with ability to meet deadlines consistently
