A & B Insurance is an agency that has been serving Florida for more than 17 years. We offer a wide range of business, commercial insurance and personal insurance.
We are looking for a full-time insurance CSR / Account manager to join us. In order to be considered for this CSR / Account manager position, you need to meet the following qualifications.
Job Qualifications:
- 440 license.
- A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
- Need to be detailed oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to present and sell insurance
- Experience in property and casualty personal lines insurance is required
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
Position Description:
- Inside sales and service of new and existing clients
- Creating happy clients
- Quote new and renewal home and auto as well as process endorsements
- Review accounts for current, accurate coverage and cross-selling
- Marketing of personal lines insurance
Salary plus commission/ bonus potential based on experience. Paid holidays
