  • The Group Health Business Development Executive will coordinate and collaborate with key personnel to define new revenue opportunities, build “centers of influence” relationships and work to identify top prospects.
  • This Sales Professional will initiate contact with prospective clients and COI’s to introduce them to these services and assist in market development.

Success Factors:

  • Excellent relationship building and prospecting skills.
  • An existing book of business, and/or existing client relationships.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in group health insurance, or ancillary group insurance products or peripheral health related services to public sector (municipalities, schools, universities, union and non-profit).
  • Experience in sales/marketing within a group broker agency (group health insurance).
  • Knowledge of health and welfare benefits, wellness programs, self -funding techniques.
