Territory Sales Manager
Currently looking for a sales and/or marketing oriented professional to fill a territory manager role with a growing company in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in sales or related field and at least 2 years of sales experience.
Responsibilities of the Territory Sales Manager
- Build relationships in the local marketplace with business owners, human resource professionals and other executives in charge of purchasing insurance for their organization.
- Perform outbound and inbound lead qualification.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Meet and surpass sales goals.
- Present feedback of process and execution to sales leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements of the Territory Sales Manager
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in sales or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Insurance industry experience
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Experience selling to high net worth individuals, preferred
- Must be self driven, enthusiastic and personable
- Must be able to demonstrate sales ability
