Job Description:
This position is responsible for profitable growth of an assigned territory by providing a full range of marketing and underwriting functions for the company. The Regional Sales Manager will serve as principal company liaison with agents within territory. Execute company strategy and territory marketing plan to achieve desired results. Compensation is commensurate with experience but will include a base salary plus a variable compensation component.
Relocation not required but preference will be given to applicants living in the territory. The territory encompasses Washington D.C., DE, NY, NJ, MD, PA (Eastern) and VA.
