We an opening for an Account Executive/Practice Leader to work in our Bloomington, MN office or out of their home. 

The successful candidates will be responsible for developing large sales opportunities and selling State Auto Insurance fee offerings of Absentia through multiple distribution channels, cross-selling of additional services to existing clients and maintains ongoing contact with clients you have sold to ensure excellent service and ongoing referrals. You will also maintain client relationships in conjunction with the Account Management team on all accounts sold. This position is base salary and commission based in includes up to 50% air travel.

Qualified applicants should have a minimum of three years of previous sales experience and a valid drivers’ license in good standing. Some knowledge of workers’ compensation would be helpful and a risk management or workers’ compensation designation is preferred. You should have strong aptitude in the selling process, process improvement, prioritizing and customer service.
