POSITION SUMMARY:

The Inside Sales Representative ('ISR') is responsible for all sales efforts with an assigned number of agents now designated in Sugar. The ISR will offer basic training on FPI web interface and transactions for servicing policies and asking for cooperation in future take outs. The ISR will also complete quote data for agents willing to move books of business and fill in for SDM's while they are not working.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform the sales function for an assignment of agents within the state
  • Assist with proactive sales campaigns assigned monthly by SDM's
  • Provide concierge service for new business issues to specific high performance agencies
  • Assist in making calls to agents when new market opportunities arise in order to increase quoting activity and applications
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 4-40 agents license or equivalent
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Intermediate consultative sales skills
  • Agency experience, especially as it relates to working with FL competitors
  • Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills required
  • Self-motivated; detail oriented with the good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • 440 License

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2 years’ experience in Florida homeowner’s industry
