The Windward Insurance Agency is looking for excellent Sales Producers. If you are externally driven, highly motivated and a self-starter who is looking for a great opportunity to grow this is the position for you.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop new sales opportunities and close sales
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with small business owners such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders and Auto Dealers etc.
- Should feel comfortable calling current clients for cross sell opportunities
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
- Comfortable quoting and selling both Auto and Home Insurance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license
- 2+ years of sales experience
- High school or equivalent
- Must be able to round current client accounts
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas monthly
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening. Must be able to open doors and network to bring in new clients
- Excellent computer skills i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Experience with Quote Rush, Hawk Soft and Applied Rater is a plus
- Commercial Lines experience is a plus
