Duties and Responsibilities: Our Insurance Sales Agents / CSR’s come from various backgrounds, we do find, however, and that our top insurance sales performers all have the following skills and abilities:

  • Ability to listen effectively and empathize with our clients
  • Ability to close sales
  • Responsible for the client inquiries/questions
  • Assist clients with their Insurance Policy questions
  • Obtaining quotes via online quoting tool and submitting proposals
  • Maintaining a log of all quoted insurance cases
  • 1 Year of stable customer service experience in a high volume insurance environment
  • Acts on referral triggers and provides additional product offerings based on client’s insurance needs
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Critical thinking, proactive attitude, strong communication skills displaying empathy and caring
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented
  • Must be extremely articulate and present a professional image
  • Experienced with standard business applications including MS Office
  • Strong team-building and leadership skills focused on production-oriented goals
  • Participates in additional training courses when needed
  • Excellent communication or customer service skills
  • Continuously demonstrate a high sense of urgency
  • Proven oral/written communication skills.

Perks and Benefits:

  • Work 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5 PM.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the Insurance industry
  • 220 or 440 insurance license required. Unlicensed candidates with health insurance industry experience will be considered, however, license must be obtained prior to completion of 90 Day Probationary Period.
