Allstate Licensed Sales Producer

Seeking Immediately - Sales Minded Professionals to be part of the Allstate family at your local Allstate Agency.

We are looking for talented, exceptional individuals who are career minded in Sales and Insurance to be part of a growing Allstate Agency family. As a Sales Professional, you will help grow the Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships with the community. You'll work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance and financial products that help customers protect their home, cars, and retirement incomes, and live a good life.

Responsibilities Include:

• Developing insurance quotes, prospecting and generating new business
• Ensuring a positive customer experience
• Processing payments, claims, and performing general customer service duties
• Offer each customer the opportunity to add another line of insurance, put customer's needs first     

Requirements Include:

• Confident Self Starter who works well independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication / interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Telemarketing and/or sales experience
• Sales Driven and also driven to fulfill customers’ needs
• LICENSED or MUST BE WILLING to obtain Property & Casualty (P & C) insurance license
• Bi-lingual candidates welcome
• Insurance Sales: 1 year
