An insurance broker in Covina looking for 2 Account Managers, Customer Service Rep, or trainees (recent college grads), in the Property & Casualty as well as the Benefits department.
Language requirement: Mandarin Chinese
Job Duties:
- Provide customer service to customers with questions on their policy and assist in claims resolutions.
- Research and present health benefits or P&C proposals, conduct open enrollment meetings.
Qualifications:
- Excel skills a great plus.
- Applied System experience a great plus.
- Hands on experience with HR and Payroll systems helpful.
- Health license required unless you are Mandarin speaking and would like to learn the insurance industry.
- Spanish speaking skills also preferred.
