As a Producer on our team, you will work a combination of warm leads and cold calling (provided list) to build a book of Commercial Property and Casualty clients that service our nation's economy. During your first year, you will be given the training and education you need to help you be a successful producer. This includes Truck Producer School and the opportunity to earn a S.T.R. (Specialist in Transportation and Risk) designation -- two unique training programs offered exclusively by Great West Casualty Company.

Our office in Littleton, Colorado office has an "independent, small office feeling" yet has the backing of a larger company, Great West Casualty Company, whose corporate office is in South Sioux City, NE. In this position you will start with a full salary, then, once validated, will transition to salary plus commission. We not only say we offer a work-life balance, we live it. Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Prior sales experience of 5-7yrs
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for people and developing sales relationships
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow- we are willing to train the right person
• Outstanding customer service
• Time management and ability to multi-task
• Goal oriented and open to making contacts via phone and networking
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Must be willing to obtain a commercial agents license and additional education (assistance in obtaining license)
