In this role, you ll join our Financial Crimes & Compliance (FCC) Sales team and will work remotely from a home office in the Northeast, reporting to the Managing Director, FCC.
You will be responsible for: Generating new opportunities from existing customer referrals and through building partnerships as well as from your own targeted outbound activity into larger prospects Engaging with senior decision makers in financial services companies (and others), educate them on our product features and benefits and negotiate and close deals Effectively managing pipeline of opportunities Delivering new business target against a quarterly quota Supporting client on-boarding as required Contributing towards on-boarding and training of the lead generation and junior sales team, through best practice sharing and coaching Experience selling AML/Compliance/PEP-Sanctions/Transaction Monitoring software solutions Minimum of 10 years software sales experience, with at least 6 in a solution selling environment in compliance/regulatory for the financial services industry Track record in generating new business - we are only interested in speaking with individuals that can demonstrate self-sufficient success and the ability to find, manage and close high-value deals Keen commercial instinct to determine which opportunities to prioritize Excellent communication and negotiation skills and consultative approach to close business The Team Our Software team powers global commerce, processing billions of transactions every year.
