We re disrupting the antiquated 401(k) market for SMBs and building a better experience for their employees.
As an Onboarding Advisor, you ll be the face of ForUsAll to our clients as they join our platform.
You ll be responsible for everything from the kick-off to the handoff to our ongoing client relationship management team the first introduction to ForUsAll once a new client signs up.
That means you ll be responsible for working with the client, the sales team, and the operations team to design and implement amazing plans and ensure that clients move through the onboarding process on schedule while delivering a fantastic experience along the way.
You ll also continue to improve the onboarding process for both plan sponsors and participants and serve as the voice of the customer for the onboarding experience to the development team and the rest of the company.
In short, you ll be a co-creator of the client-facing side of ForUsAll.

Undergraduate degree and 2-4 years experience in a client-facing role.
