Sellers & Company is adding to their dynamic Inside Sales Team and is seeking an energetic Representative. This full-time position includes sales and service of exclusive Professional Association endorsed programs. Sales leads are provided.
Charles J. Sellers & Co., Inc. is a leader in Professional Group Insurance, specializing in insurance coverage for physicians, attorneys, and County of Erie/City of Buffalo employees. Sellers Insurance writes many lines of coverage across New York State: personal and commercial, life, disability income, and property and casualty.
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Thorough documentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize is essential
Primary Job Tasks Include:
- Sale of life and disability insurance products to members of the associations we serve
- Set up appointments for new business and review of existing coverage
- Outgoing phone calls to follow up on mailing campaigns
- Weekly sales meetings
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 8:30AM – 5:00PM
Insurance Licensing Details:
If not licensed already, applicant will need to become a licensed Agent in Life, Accident and Health Lines as well as licensing for Personal and Commercial Lines in the future. Agency will pay for class and exam fees. All other training provided.
