We are currently searching for an Associate Account Manager in our Franklin, TN office.  The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for assisting in administrative activities for Account Managers or Group Account Manager.  The role’s primary function will be back up for Account Manager’s incoming phone calls, taking payments, forward incoming mail, and assisting the Group Account Manager with collection of manual data.

Requirements:  The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.  They have at least two years customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  They communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and written and utilize proper grammar.  The ideal candidate works well in a team environment and balances individual and team priorities.  They display initiative and the ability to proactively prioritize and perform work.  They maintain the highest standard of ethics and convey professionalism, a pleasant demeanor and positive disposition.  They are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and knowledge of Oasis and/or OnBase is a plus.  A Property & Casualty license is a plus and is required within 3 months of hire.
