General Placement Service is currently on an exclusive search with a growing insurance agency in the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta.  Our client has grown from a start-up shop to a multi-company, 45 person team in just over 10 years of existence.  They operate under the employee first rule whereby they treat their employees like family.  

Job Description:

This position is newly created in the agency and has the potential to grow into, very quickly, a Small Business Practice Leader role.  Currently this book of business is made up of accounts under $25,000 in GWP.  The accounts have mainly come in from referrals from their middle market and large account clients that trust them to handle friends and family members small business insurance.  This role will take over the existing $3,000,000 book and run with it.  The expectation is that this role will produce new business in the metro Atlanta area through building community relationships.  You will attend events, chamber of commerce meetings, and utilize the existing book to procure new business.  

My client will pay a base salary plus new business commissions for the first year.  There is significant growth potential when it comes to the position and the compensation plan.
