We are looking for an experienced Branded Merchandise Sales Producer to join our Aliso Viejo, CA branch team.


Match-Up Promotions, LLC is looking for industry professionals who seek to grow their book of business, income, and freedom by partnering with Floridas premier branded merchandise organization. If you seek an opportunity to make six figures, have ownership in your book of business, an opportunity to be vested as an owner via performance stock, freedom in your business practices, then we are looking for you. If you wish to continue writing $250,000 in annual revenue with an inordinate amount of time spent on post-sale administrative activities, then we are not a suitable partner. Match-Up is nationally recognized in the Top 1% of all branded merchandise distributors. We feature in house account support, lead generation, warehouse/fulfillment, e-commerce, direct overseas sourcing, and as part of the Facilis network, the most effective order management system in the country. We have grown every year since 2002 and we are looking for the right individuals to help us continue that growth in 2016 and beyond.

What We Look For in New Team Members:

  • Service based individuals who are seeking to maximize income with the help of one of the strongest support organizations in the country
  • High character sales professionals with at least 3 years of successful B2B branded merchandise (ASI/PPAI) or print/forms sales
  • Solution oriented individuals who can think outside the box and provide their client partners with creative branded merchandise solutions rather than commodities
  • Individuals willing to provide the best customer service in the industry

  • Individuals who want to engage their customers and prospects more and put less energy in to post- order administrative functions
  • Able to work and thrive in a fast paced, service based culture with multiple deadlines in place
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, be responsive to customer needs in a timely manner and meet critical deadlines

Essential Duties:

  • Consultative selling with customers on a daily basis. Establish, develop, and maintain client relationships with current clients and prospects
  • Based on client feedback, determine a product mix that will maximize their intended ROI both short and long term
  • Ability to effectively communicate, especially on the phone, and build and maintain relationships with clients at the executive level and the junior manager level
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, be responsive to customer needs in a timely manner and meet critical deadlines
  • Caring, ability and willingness to consistently go above-and-beyond to exceed client expectations
  • Research products and produce clear and effective client quotes via an integrated sourcing software dashboard
  • Able to effectively work in tandem with marketing to produce effective client specific marketing pieces
  • Develop industry supplier relationships
  • Recognize and implement cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Understand financial aspects of the accounts to make good business decisions for Match-Up
  • Monitor competitive products and marketing activities


  • 3-5 years of proven sales excellence in branded merchandise/print-forms
  • College degree preferred
  • History of earning over $60,000/year in a commissioned sales role
  • Professional commitment to earn over $100,000/year and have no income limits
  • Positive experience using a systematic and structured approach to selling that includes the use of CRM technology to manage your daily routine and be proactive
  • Tech savvy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn
