Business Development Sales Executive

Insurance Sales to the Healthcare Industry: A blend of sales, marketing and client management, you’ll work on the front lines in a three-person sales team with the President and the Vice President of Marketing to identify prospective clients and develop new business leads.  As the Business Development Executive, your main charge is simple: Reach out to healthcare entities and physicians’ groups throughout Louisiana to educate, inform and consult on the wealth of resources available through this partnership. 

Other responsibilities to include:

• Instructing internal staff on onboarding or account management.
• Supporting the client through renewals and claims issues and evaluating in-force insurance programs to identify upgrades and round-out coverages.

• Must possess knowledge of commercial insurance products like general liability, workers’ compensation, professional lines and/or medical malpractice.
• Be a self-driver with initiative to excel in prospecting and closing new business as well as provide high touch client service.
• Louisiana state insurance license.
