Sales Executive - Case Management / Workers Compensation

Key Managed Care Client is seeking a Southern CA based Sales Executive to help expand their So Cal presence.  Individual should possess the right balance of assertiveness, relationship-building skills and sales/business development experience in order to significantly impact Company’s sales growth targets throughout this Region. Current contacts at WC Carriers, TPA's is a must! 

The individual will work with the support of the organization to develop the local accounts within this region.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop and follow a strategic sales plan to achieve set goals for a specific territory.
  • Generate business from new accounts.
  • Generate new business within existing accounts
  • Meet weekly activity and production goals 
  • Work with Sales Management to target volume growth by individual requester within target accounts.
  • Attend Conferences, host networking events, apply innovative marketing strategies to retain and acquire new business.

Qualifications:

  • Recent experience selling into WC Carriers, TPA's and Self Insureds.
  • Familiarity with Case Management and/or related cost containment product line   
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record in outside sales activities.
  • Demonstrated impact in previous organizations.
  • Ability and experience with technology and the ability to learn and articulate our system capabilities.
  • Self Starter, strong work ethic, who's available for evening work related events as needed
