Out client, a well-respected all-lines insurance broker in the Fort Lauderdale area, is seeking a hybrid Commercial Account Executive/Producer to develop and manage a complex, high profile book of business. This position will be responsible for handling renewals, marketing and rounding of existing accounts and contributes to meeting and exceeding established client retention goals with minimum supervision. Additionally, will go out with Senior Producer and develop new commercial business in the middle market space. Must have an extensive understanding of the regulatory, legislative and legal issues surrounding critical commercial situations, including marketplace and market conditions and have extensive knowledge of commercial policy contracts and coverages. Also required are strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail, a current Florida 2-20 License, a college degree or minimum of 3 years related experience, a positive work ethic, excellent communication skills and AMS360 is a must.
