The primary responsibility of the Agency Account Manager is daily management of assigned book of business which includes new and renewal business, processing policy related documents, applications, preparing quotes and invoices.
The assigned book of business includes commercial policies such as BOP, GL, Workers Comp, Cyber Liability, EPL, and as well as Home, Auto, Personal Umbrella policies,
The Agency Account Manager will also assist customers with claims reporting and policy change requests, and participate in the department’s account rounding initiatives.
Must have an Alabama P&C License and previous commercial lines experience.
