The Producer is responsible for prospecting, soliciting, quoting and selling new Commercial Property and Casualty Accounts. Responsible for continuing to counsel and market to existing clients professionally. Specific sales goals and service responsibilities are determined during the yearly planning process for this position. Must meet service and sales standards of volume with timeliness and quality.

Education/Training (or equivalent):
Two or Four –Year Degree
Experience: (Type of work experience, min. number of years):
• 2 years insurance or financially related products
Special Technical Knowledge:
• Must have Life & Health License.
• Full knowledge of insurance products and usages.
• Knowledge of insurance rating and underwriting procedures.
• Ability to utilize computer programs and understand functionality.
