Personal Lines Agency Manager (home/auto)

Windward Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced 220 licensed insurance agent to create and implement agency growth plans.

Candidate must have strong, demonstrated sales/ marketing skills along with the ability to identify and secure additional carrier appointments.

Manager must maintain and an operation focused on preventing errors and omissions while providing excellent customer service.  Will handle customer service duties that include, but are not limited to: problem resolution; answering customer phone calls and preparing correspondence and reports. 

Manager will solicit prospective customers and prepare and present quotes as determined by customer’s needs.

Agency Manager will be responsible for hiring and managing staff, as needed.

Additional Requirements:

• 5+ years direct homeowners and auto sales experience required
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Current Florida 220 license
• Strong technical and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
